This Sauvignon Blanc was hand-harvested from our estate, then cold-fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the crisp, fruit-forward characteristics of the grape.

We used a poker term (all in) to describe this stellar wine -- a combination of all of the Pinot Noir clones grown in our estate vineyard.

This wine was aged in all second-year and older barrels, hence the name "Zero New Oak."
