This wine is unique because it was aged in all second-year and older barrels, showcasing mostly pure cherry and berry fruit from our vineyard, with just a touch of vanilla from the oak.
Our 2009 Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir is a blend of all four clones grown on our estate vineyard: our house style Pinot Noir, so to speak.
Just five barrels comprise this lot: 100% Pommard clone Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard, aged in 50% new French oak.
From our secret stash, for a limited time: one giant bottle of Pappy's BBQ Sauce and 11 bottles of 2008 Zero New Oak Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir!

This wine was aged in all second-year and older barrels, hence the name "Zero New Oak."
