Balanced and classic -- Our flagship wine, the Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir showcases beautiful cherry/cranberry fruit with just the right balance of toasty oak (33%).
Produced from all four Pinot Noir clones grown in our estate vineyard, we ferment this with all wild yeast and ML strains, age for a year in barrel, and bottle unfined and unfiltered.
At 13.5% alcohol, this vintage is restrained yet offers enough of that pleasure factor we expect from California Pinot. Pair with everything from roast poultry to mushrooms, game or a rare steak.
