Tropical and slightly sweet! Our first-ever off-dry Sauvignon Blanc has a little fizz, a little sweetness and lots of tropical fruit. It's balanced, and amazing with spicy foods (think tacos and curry) and cheese and charcuterie, and it's dangerously easy to sip on the patio or by the pool.
This special-edition Sauvignon Blanc is estate-grown, -produced and -bottled, fermented with wild yeast, and filtered, leaving 1.5 g/L of residual sugar. Aged in a combination of older French oak and stainless steel, it's a fun new addition to our line-up.
