Our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is a pink wine produced from basket pressing estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes, then fermenting in older French oak barrels. It has a natural, pale salmon color with flavors of strawberries, stonefruit and blossom, and a refreshing balance on the palate. Enjoy this traditional rosé with cheese, salmon or poultry.
