Our estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and bright, with citrus notes and a smooth texture on the palate. Aged in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak barrels, this wine was naturally fermented and bottled unfined and unfiltered. A crowd pleaser and refreshing summer sipper!

Our estate-grown Semillon is a rare variety in Anderson Valley. We treat this white grape gently: hand-harvesting, fermenting with wild yeast native to our site, and then aging it in 17% new French oak barrels. The result is a beautiful, crisp white wine with a hint of barrel toast.

When we asked our three-year-old son what type of wine he wanted to make, he answered "orange wine"! And Evan's Amber wine was born.

Our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is a rosé wine with flavors of strawberries, stonefruit and blossom, with a beautiful color produced by traditionally food-treading Pinot Noir grapes, then fermenting in older French oak barrels.

The Zero New Oak Pinot Noir is sourced from all the blocks in our estate vineyard and aged in older French oak barrels, gaining complexity but not flavor from the vessels.

The Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir is our flagship bottling, encompassing fruit hand-picked from all our estate Pinot Noir plantings.

The Clone 05 is named after the block of Pinot Noir where it originates: Pommard 05. It is estate-grown, fermented with wild yeast and ML strains, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. This beautiful wine is full of balanced fruit -- ripe but fresh cherries and berries -- and a nice dollop of French oak. Often a member favorite, it's the perfect blend of restraint and pleasure.

The Paraboll Pinot Noir is our richest and ripest bottling, produced from just a few blocks within our estate vineyard. Longer hangtime means a darker fruit profile in the resulting wine, and this wine is aged in 50% heavy toast barrels, which adds smoky/toasty aromas and flavors. It's simply delicious, and can be enjoyed with or without food.
