The Paraboll Pinot Noir is our richest and ripest bottling, produced from just a few blocks within our estate vineyard. Longer hangtime means a darker fruit profile in the resulting wine, and this wine is aged in 50% heavy toast barrels, which adds smoky/toasty aromas and flavors. It's simply delicious, and can be enjoyed with or without food.
The 2023 vintage offered the best of both worlds: excellent quantity and an average yield for our vineyard. The wines show the hallmark balance and beautiful red fruit character that comes from our estate.
