This is a three-pack of our special 20th anniversary Winegrowers Reserve Pinot Noir futures. This wine will be bottled in August 2026, and released in April 2027 for shipping or pick-up.
This very special blend was hand-selected by winery owners and winegrowers Bill & Nancy Charles, in honor of our 20th anniversary (2006-2026). It is crafted from 100% Pommard clone of Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard, in its second pick of harvest, and from two separate roostock-blocks. It was fermented with native yeasts only and 50% whole clusters, then aged in 50% new French oak. This is likely to become a wine-club-only release, after extended time aging in our warehouse. It's a very special wine, crafted to honor the legacy of our favorite people.
Vintage 2025 is already being heralded for wines with exceptional balance and concentration. Cool, even weather reminded winemakers of classic vintages of the past. Long hang times produced elegant wines with every opportunity to reach peak ripeness. These will be beautiful in the cellar for some time to come, but, as always, we strive for wines that are also approachable upon release.
