This is a three-pack of 2025 Paraboll Pinot Noir futures. This wine will be bottled in August 2026, and released in April 2027 for shipping or pick-up.
The Paraboll Pinot Noir is our richest and ripest bottling, produced from just a few blocks within our estate vineyard. Longer hangtime means a darker fruit profile in the resulting wine, and this wine is aged in 50% heavy toast barrels, which adds smoky/toasty aromas and flavors. It's simply delicious, and can be enjoyed with or without food.
An even, long growing season produced 2025 wines with deep color, great structure and a lasting finish. These should be very enjoyable, and cellarable!
