This is a three-pack of 2025 Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir futures. This wine will be bottled in August 2026, and will be available for shipping or pick-up April 2027.
The Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir is our flagship bottling, encompassing fruit hand-picked from all our estate Pinot Noir plantings. Aged in 33% new French oak barrels, it balances beautiful red fruit with good acidity and structure for ageability. (This wine is incredible with some time in the cellar.) As with all our Pinot Noirs, this wine was fermented with wild yeast and wild ML strains and a portion of whole clusters, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Enjoy with almost anything, but especially mushrooms, grilled lamb or roast poultry. Also incredible with a nice charcuterie and cheese board.
Vintage 2025 is already being heralded for wines with exceptional balance and concentration. Cool, even weather reminded winemakers of classic vintages of the past. Long hang times produced elegant wines with every opportunity to reach peak ripeness. These will be beautiful in the cellar for some time to come, but, as always, we strive for wines that are also approachable upon release.
