This is a three-pack of 2020 Zero New Oak Pinot Noir futures. This wine will be bottled in August 2021 and released in April 2022 for shipping or pick up.
The Zero New Oak Pinot is aged all in older French oak barrels, crafting a wine that focuses just on the quality of our estate fruit. It's bright with cherry and berry, takes a chill when the heat hits, and is a delicious match for almost anything from dinner salad to salmon, portabello mushrooms, or roast poultry.
The 2020 vintage is excellent -- the crop was small at our estate vineyard, so we harvested early, before any smoky weather. The resulting wine hits all the Zero pleasure points - bright fruit, moderate acidity and structure on the palate, enjoyable upon release or ageable for a decade.
