This rosé of Pinot Noir is a rarity for us. Produced only in suitable years, it's crisp and full of peach and strawberry, with a hint of blossom. It pairs beautifully with many foods, but is usually gone by dinner!
Pinot Noir grapes from our estate were hand-harvested, then gently pressed from the skins using our basket press. Wild yeast and wild ML fermentation, in a combination of stainless steel and French oak, created a beautiful wine best enjoyed just slightly chilled (remove from the refrigerator for 10 minutes before enjoying, or keep in your wine fridge and serve at 50-55 degrees F).
Quantity is extremely limited, so get some while you can!
