Semillon is rare in Anderson Valley, making this 100% estate-grown example a unique pour. Flavors of lemon custard mingle with toasted almond and brioche in this release.
As with all our wines, we hand-harvested the grapes, pressed them gently, then they fermented using wild yeast and ML strains. We produce a limited quanitty of this wine every year.
This is the perfect fall wine - pair it with squash risotto, roast chicken, Camembert with sliced apricots, and soups with a dash of cream.
