Aged in second-year-and-older barrels only, this Pinot is all about our estate fruit, with no obvious oak influence. Full of bright cherry and berry, balanced with Pinot's more savory notes, we enjoy this blend with or without food -- the bottle seems to empty itself in any setting!
The 2016 vintage was fermented with wild yeast and ML strains, with partial whole clusters, and was aged in older barrels for 20 months. All our estate wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
