This Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from our estate vineyard in Boonville, cold-fermented, then aged in 100% stainless steel to preserve the crispy, fruity nature of the grape. It's a beautiful, aromatic wine that pairs with almost any food (think salad to holiday turkey). In the video below, Foursight winemaker, Joe Webb, discusses our Sauvignon Blanc:
