Our winemaker first made his HCWT BBQ Marinade in college, using the limited ingredients from he and his roommates' shared kitchen. We've been using it in our kitchen ever since! Fantastic on tri-tips, chicken, salmon or veggies, this sauce is salty, savory and not at all sweet, making it a great pairing with our estate-grown wines.
This jar holds 9 fl oz of sauce -- enough to marinate one tri-tip or a whole chicken. If you're using it to brush over salmon or veggies on the grill, it should last for 2 or more servings, depending upon your desired seasoning level.
