A wine we can't seem to keep in stock for very long, our Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, with plenty of citrus fruit and a richness on the palate from aging partially in older French oak barrels.
Produced from 88% Charles Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Charles Vineyard Semillon, this wine is fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Enjoy with everything from a salad or cheeses to seafood and poultry.
