Softer and rounder than our Sauvignon Blanc, this wine's fruit and a whisper of toasty oak are balanced by its bright acidity. It's fermented with wild yeast and wild ML strains, aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels (with one new barrel in the mix). It was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
