This is a three-pack of 2020 Paraboll Pinot Noir futures. This wine will be bottled in August 2021, and released in April 2022 for shipping or pick-up.
The Paraboll Pinot Noir is our richest and ripest bottling, produced from just a few blocks within our estate vineyard. Longer hangtime means a darker fruit profile in the resulting wine, and this wine is aged in 50% heavy toast barrels, which adds smoky/toasty aromas and flavors. It's simply delicious, and can be enjoyed with or without food.
We were very happy with our 2020 vintage. A short crop at our estate vineyard resulted in an earlier-than-average harvest, beating any smoky air that blew in later in the growing season. All our 2020 wines are typical of our house style - and utterly delicious!
