This is a three-pack of the 2015 Charles Vineyard Pinot Noir -- our flagship blend from our estate vineyard. It was aged in 33% new French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, as with all our Pinot Noirs.
We have made a shift to aging our Charles Vineyard blend longer in barrel, so to fill the gap for barrel tasting this year, we're offering a yet-to-be-released vintage for the special barrel tasting price. This 2015-vintage wine is in bottle, so it is available immediately for pick up or for shipping in the fall, when the weather cools. It can also be combined with futures of the Clone 05 or Paraboll Pinot Noirs and shipped together with them in spring 2018 -- your choice!
The 2015 vintage was a very low-yield year across Northern California. The wines are darker and more concentrated than the prior few vintages, and utterly delicious.
