Crab, Wine & Beer Festival Dinner at Ravens Restaurant

Join Foursight at the beautiful Ravens Restaurant in Mendocino for an amazing dinner celebrating the 2018 Crab, Wine & Beer Festival! A teaser of the menu follows, and we will be pairing our wines with each delicious course. Starter: Mushroom scallop, shiitake bacon, on top of braised greens, with arugula pesto 

Soup: Mushroom Clam Chowder

Salad: Hand roll sushi, with seaweed marinated tofu, green onion, red pepper, celery, carrot, rice, with a tamari ginger dipping sauce

Entrée: Breaded oyster mushrooms, red shrimp cocktail sauce, oven fries, grilled seasonal vegetables

Dessert: Candy cap ice cream, dulse cookies
