Semillon is rare in Anderson Valley, and unique to see bottled by its own in California. When crafted with care, it produces a delicious and medium-bodied, dry white wine.
Our estate-grown Semillon is fermented with wild yeast and wild ML strains, pressed gently in a traditional, wooden basket press, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It showcases citrus, a touch of toast (from judicious use of new French oak barrels), and refreshing acidity -- a treat in the glass, and something fun and different to pour for friends.
